Be happy review (X/@Ruth4ashab)
According to me Abhishek Bachchan stands as one of the finest actors present in the Hindi film industry. The audience got to see him in Shootjit Sircar's I Want To Talk in the previous year even though it failed to be a top work from the director but Junior Bachchan secured a win through his acting. The recent award event led us to believe he would win Best Actor but he did not take home the trophy. His film Be Happy is now available through Amazon Prime Video streaming platform.
While at her school dance contest Dhara wins first place which leads to Maggie extending an invitation for her to join her dance school in Mumbai for India's Superstar Dancer competition preparation. Dhara and Shiv relocate to Mumbai but it seems like the story revolves around dancing with a father-daughter relationship until the movie reveals a shocking surprise. The screenplay of Be Happy originates from Tushar Hiranandani and Remo D'Souza serves both as writer and director. During the first 45 minutes the film starts off simply while showing an average tale about a girl hoping to become a star with her encouraging father.
As the movie transitions toward Mumbai we discover it progresses to an even stronger level of impression. The director Remo showed his exceptional talent in this particular creation. From start to finish the movie moves viewers through moments of laughter and dancing all the way to overwhelming tears. All viewers know how outstanding D'Souza's choreography will be in Be Happy because he heads the project as its director. The director found the ideal balance of emotional content to make this film distinguish itself from his previous directorial works. A dance sequence with Abhishek and Inayat appears in the film through the trailer and it has been carefully filmed.
The average dancing ability of Abhishek stands out in this dance sequence because he performs with his imperfections instead of performing a perfect routine. This film reveals the extraordinary action fathers take to support their daughters. The movie bears the name Be Happy yet its final 45 minutes deliver a series of intense emotional experiences. So, keep tissues handy. The OTT release of the film failed to convey the cinematic essence of its choreographed dance sequences which needed a theatrical experience.
